Windows XP – How to clear the Most Recently Used Document list

  1. Open the Start Menu.
  2. Highlight Settings.
  3. Click on Taskbar and Start menu.
  4. Click the Start Menu tab.
  5. Click Customize.
  6. Click Clear.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click OK again
