cPanel WHM – set hourly email limit for an accounts domains

Bloom Email Optin Plugin
  1. Log into WHM
  2. Expand Account Functions on the left side bar or double-click on the Account Functions icon on the main part of the page
  3. Open Modify an Account
  4. Set the value for the Hourly Email by Domain Relayed configuration setting
  5. Once you have set the value click Save
