How to access the Control Panel in Windows 8

I have been asked by some of my clients that are still using Windows 8 and 8.1 how to access the Control panel, so in this article I will show you how easy the Control Panel is to access in Windows 8 and 8.1.

 

Open Windows Control Panel via Windows Explorer

  1. Open Windows Explorer
  2. Click on Computer
  3. Click on Open Control Panel at the top of the window

 

Open Windows Control Panel via search

  1. Move you mouse to the top right of the screen to open the Charms bar
  2. Click on search
  3. Type Control Panel

 

Open Windows Control Panel via Charms Bar

  1. Move your mouse to the top right of your screen to open the Charms Bar
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Control Panel

 

Open Windows Control Panel via Start Button

  1. Right click on the Start Button
  2. Click on Control Panel
